Magnolia Electric Power
Association is a not-for-profit, consumer-owned
electric distribution
cooperative serving
six counties in Southwest
Mississippi. Electric
power is distributed
in Pike and Walthall
and parts of Lincoln,
Lawrence, Franklin and
Amite counties. The service
area is mostly rural.
A nine-member Board
of Directors elected
by the membership governs
the cooperative.
W. Darrell
Smith is General Manager
of the Association.
The headquarters office
is located on Hwy 98 E.,
east of McComb. Office
hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.,
Monday through Friday,
excluding holidays. A dispatcher
is on duty 24-hours a day,
including holidays.
