Magnolia Electric Power
Association, in an effort
to better acquaint the
future leaders of our communities
with cooperative philosophy,
participates with all other
electric cooperatives in
Mississippi in a statewide Youth
Leadership Program.
The program is designed
to provide participants
with an opportunity to
sharpen their leadership
skills while learning about
electric coperatives and
how they operate.
Magnolia Electric Power
Association is proud to
honor young agri-business
co-op couples in our service
area. Nominations are sought
each year through our Board
of Directors for the annual Co-op
Couples Conference.
Couples from across the
state attend a three-day
meeting which is presented
by the Mississippi Council
of Cooperatives, a non-profit
educational association
of cooperatives. |
